Trendy Perms

A perm is a type of hair style that uses products in order to create curls from straight hair. There are many styles of trendy perms that can be made, each using different tools. Some trendy perm hair styles are:

  • partial spiral perm - Straight at the top curly as it gets lower. Long fluid curls make for a professional look with ust enough flair. These perms can generally cost around $60 - $70 dollars.
  • banana curl perm - Long flowing curls that have a great deal of body and are soft. To make this style you will need many large hair rod as well as a good setting lotion, mousse, and relaxer products.
  • big loose curls perm - Very similar to the banana curl perm. The goal is to get long bodied flowing curls. A larger rod is used and products are applied in much the same way.
  • finger wave perm - Tighter curls much like wrapping your hair around your finger. Use a finger size rod for best results. This is one of the many perm curl sizes.
